At Ticketluxe LLC, we offer an online marketplace where fans can purchase hard-to-get tickets with ease. Our prices are determined by supply and demand and set by our ticket specialists (sellers). As a result, prices may fluctuate and vary day to day. Customers choose to purchase tickets through us not only for our top-notch customer service, security and money-back guarantee, but also for our ability to provide access to tickets that are difficult to obtain through primary sources, even for the most in-demand events. However, be sure to keep an eye out for deals as sellers may also list tickets below face value when the market is saturated.

By visiting our website or making a purchase, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in this buyer agreement. This agreement is deemed made between Ticketluxe and the buyer when the buyer confirms the requirements of the order and Ticketluxe accepts the order and provides a confirmation email (invoice). It is important to read and understand these terms and conditions before placing your order.

All purchases are final.

Refunds are only possible when an event is cancelled and not postponed or rescheduled. Under the extraordinarily rare circumstances in which an event is cancelled or government restrictions on stadium capacities are implemented, TicketLuxe LLC will refund everything except for the service fee (variable processing & administrative expenses). A credit, in the form of a voucher code, for the full value of the service fee, will be provided to customers for application towards future orders, valid for 2 years. The value of the refund is for the price of tickets and shipping only, as TicketLuxe LLC has the right to retain its booking fee to cover variable processing and administrative expenses, under Consumer Law. If an event has been cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be contacted by our customer service to arrange your refund.

In the rare event a customer does not receive their tickets in time for a match (for an event that is not cancelled), a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

If the customer would like to sell the tickets that they purchased, they can contact us to do so. We will attempt to sell the tickets for them on consignment – meaning that if we can resell them – then they get their money back – but if we can’t we will return the tickets to them.

If the customer originally purchased those tickets from our website and we are able to sell their tickets, our fees for selling their tickets will be waived and they will receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for, up to the amount that they paid for them. Since consignment tickets are their property, we need the customer's direction on the price they want for their tickets. Also, in case their tickets don't sell, they must clearly tell us when they want the tickets returned to them.

Your purchase

We will send you a confirmation email immediately after your purchase is successfully completed. If you don't receive an email, please don't assume your purchase has been cancelled. It's possible that the email is in your spam folder. If you're unsure about the status of your purchase, please contact us. Orders placed online over the weekend or after business hours may not be processed until the next business day.

The seating charts on our website are meant to serve as a guide when buying tickets, but they do not guarantee specific section and/or row locations. We work with many ticket providers who list tickets for sale on our website. Although we strive to keep the listings accurate, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors. If an error is found while processing your order, we will notify you and provide you with alternative seating options or the option to cancel your order. Please carefully review your tickets once you receive them. If you notice any discrepancies, please let us know as soon as possible (within 48 hours) so that we can resolve the issue.

The ticket provider reserves the right to upgrade your seat(s) if the seat(s) you ordered become unavailable or in the event that a provider defaults. However, tickets can never be downgraded without the consent of the buyer or at an agreed discount. The hierarchy of seats (worst to best) is as follows: Shortside Upper Tier, Shortside Lower Tier, Longside Upper Tier, Longside Lower Tier, VIP and hospitality categories (OR) Category 4, Category 3, Category 2, Category 1, VIP and hospitality (regardless of seating location).

Dates & Times Event details, including dates and times, are always subject to change and it's important to stay updated on the correct information by checking with the venue or local media frequently. We cannot guarantee that the event will take place on the date or time listed on our website, as we have no control over changes made by the event organizers.

When purchasing tickets through TicketLuxe LLC, you are buying tickets for the specific event, regardless of any changes made to the date or time. Refunds will not be issued for changes made to the event schedule. To avoid any inconvenience, it's highly recommended to purchase flexible airfare if planning to travel for the event.

Delivery

Deliveries depend on the format of the ticket. These can either be regular physical tickets or in most cases, tickets tend to be released by the clubs in an electronic configuration. The most common ticket formats nowadays are either PDF files or Mobile Tickets.

ELECTRONIC FORMATS

PDF files are usually sent out between 24/48 hours before the event date for our customers to print at home at their own convenience.

Mobile Tickets are QR codes that are usually transferred 24/48 hours before the match and, depending on the club or federation responsible for releasing them, our customers may be required to download an application in order to receive them and present them at the stadium gates.

In both cases, specific instructions are always emailed to the buyer depending on their ticket selection.

PAPER TICKETS

Deliveries are usually made via Royal Mail or FedEx International and all deliveries will require a signature. However, in some circumstances the seller may require you to meet a representative at or close to the venue on the day of the match. We send you an email to let you know when your tickets are shipped and you can expect them to arrive within 48 hours (usually 1 day) if sent by Royal Mail, and 7-10 days with FedEx International Delivery.

Because football tickets are typically printed and released by the teams very close to the time of the match (often just 3 days before or on the day of the match), international delivery may not be possible and your tickets will have to be delivered locally (to your home or your hotel the day/night before the event). Please notify the hotel reception desk/concierge so they are expecting to accept the delivery on your behalf. It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You also agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize anyone at that address to act on your behalf to accept delivery of the package. This is absolutely required in order for us to manage the logistics of delivery for so many fans in so many different cities.

Please note that shipping providers do not offer any redirects or changes to the delivery address once the package has been shipped. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. If you have any special delivery requirements, please make sure to communicate these at the time of ordering.

In most cases, tickets will be sent to the credit card billing address. The billing address will be verified with the credit card company, so it is important to use the exact address where your statements are sent.

In case you want the tickets to be delivered to a different address, we will require a signed copy of the invoice, along with clear copies of your driver's license and the credit card used for the transaction. This is done to protect both parties from any potential fraud.

In the event that the tickets are returned to the seller or could not be delivered, we will make every effort to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or refuse delivery of your tickets, the seller will place the tickets back for sale on consignment and act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets, however, if no communication can be made, the seller will price them appropriately in an attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. In some cases, this could be substantially less than what you originally paid. At any time, you have the right to request your tickets to be sent back to you.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for timely delivery of your consignment tickets under any circumstances.

Handling of Tickets

It is important to handle your tickets with care after receiving them. Keep them in a safe and cool place, away from direct sunlight or heat as these can cause damage to some tickets. Please note that tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. It is your responsibility to take necessary precautions to protect your tickets.

TicketLuxe LLC operates as an online ticket marketplace and is not the primary seller of any tickets listed on our platform. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or any form of harm or loss suffered by our customers in relation to their ticket purchases.

Our customers acknowledge that TicketLuxe LLC will not be liable for any damages resulting from negligence, contractual breaches, or any actions taken by third-party sellers.

We also cannot be held liable for any death or personal injury that may occur during an event, or for any loss or damage to personal property.

In addition, TicketLuxe LLC will not be held accountable for any cancellations or alterations to events, or for any losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations.

In the event that an event is rescheduled, your tickets will still be valid for the new date. You will not need to obtain new tickets. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. However, we can try to resell your tickets on behalf of you, contact sales@TicketLuxe LLC for more information on this. we cannot guarantee your ticket will be able to sell for the price initially purchased, ticket prices can be volatile.

TicketLuxe LLC is a private ticket agency, incorporated in Delaware, United States of America and is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, any box office, artist, sports team or venue. We do not have any official partnership or endorsement from any of the artists, teams, venues or organizations listed on our website.

Buyer Agreement By purchasing tickets through TicketLuxe LLC, you are entering into a binding agreement with our company. You accept the terms and conditions of this agreement when you complete your purchase, whether it be through our website, over the phone, or through any other means of communication.

TicketLuxe LLC is a private ticket agency, based in the United States of America, Delaware, and is not affiliated with any other ticketing companies, box offices, artists, sports teams, or venues. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the events, performers, or organizations listed on our website.

As a user of TicketLuxe LLC, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual harm, or loss of any kind suffered by you or any third party. We will not be held liable for any death or personal injury arising out of the booking or any loss or damage to your property or belongings.

We also will not be liable for any cancellation or alteration to the event, or any loss or damage to you as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, lockout, or government regulation.
